Zhao Chen has managed to create an impressive image of the Qilian Shan Mountains. This mountain range is no less than 800 km long and 300 km wide and measures more than 5.8 km high at the highest point. The photographer has depicted the mountains in a special way in this dark setting in which the snow layer covers the rock formation like a soft, white blanket.
